Above is the spot where we meet. To put it simply, after you reach Allegria, go east of the main building you appear in and you will find a small building. Every Sunday & Tuesday evening, you should find it right there by the northern wall.

Go in, and you will reach... ROME-FURR!!!

Neightzsche's Tavern!!

Basically, we do a roll call for all members in the Council, then discuss new business if any, discuss old business when needed, give assignments to Council Members. Then we meet at Neightzsche's Tavern for a good post-meeting drink, since no alcohol is allowed in the Council Hall.
