The Rome-furr Council is made up of every citizen of Rome-furr. All congregate at periodical times to discuss matters of importance to the city as a whole. Likewise, planning commisions determine what upkeep the city requires and the Rome-furr Security Guard protects the main city.

The reason that the Rome-furr Council exists is for the sole purpose of maintaining a harmonious balance of power between all who occupy the realm of Rome-furr, and to create a working city, complete with shops, a hospital, a school, and even a hotel.
